Cauliflower

Taste:
Cauliflower
is
mild like broccoli, but nutty like butternut squash.
Uses:
The
versatile
cauliflower can be eaten raw on its own or with dips,
boiled, stir fried, or roasted.
Substitutions:
Broccoli
can
be
used as a substitute.
Storage:
Cauliflower
will
keep for up to five days if stored in the crisper
section of the refrigerator. Keep the head
stem-side up to prevent moisture form collecting
on it.
